RECOMMENDATION
SPACING DETECTION APPARATUS
This is a legal network technology that simply put enables locations to detect and assess the number of people in a location, refuse entry to more people than the maximum limit and permit increased entry above the minimum limit and below the maximum limit.
What this technology does is to ensure that the number of people in a location are exactly as the people legally managing that location want. This is very important.
This has three broad components.
The first component is a motion detection capability which enables the legal detection of motion of each person within that location. This is an electronic system and can also be designed to be an intelligent system. It is this component that knows the exact location of each person inside the location as well as the number of people inside the location.
The second component is a central processor which is like the coordination unit of the entire system. This is like a supercomputer that is able to process all the information and ensure that the other components work efficiently and effectively.
The third component is the user module. This component is a small device that is given to the person which enables the person to move freely within that location and enable seamless access and exit depending on the number of people in that location. This component could also be integrated into a mobile application that a person can download on a phone, install, activate, register legally and then go to some locations that permit that.
For instance hotels may require getting the user module at the hotel but making a prior booking on the Internet first. Therefore a person books on the Internet, gets a time to be able to go to the hotel, goes to the hotel and receives a user module and is allowed to get a room, have a meal in the restaurant, have a swim, use the gym or whatever legal purpose is permitted in the hotel. What this does is to ensure that the hotel cannot have more than a certain amount of people at a particular time.
The user module working with the other components gives a sound or a text message or a phone vibration if a person is going too close to another person or a part of the hotel that is crowded or has enough people. For instance if the pool area can accommodate 50 people then the 51st person won't be allowed in the pool area until no less than one person leaves. Also in the pool area for instance, the user module will make a sound, text message or vibration to let the user known if a chair or space is too close to another person's prior to bringing out a towel, swimming cap, goggles, skin lotion and whatever else the person may have. In this manner some spacing can be maintained. Depending on the need for the spacing which could be for order or some other reasons, the people may be informed on entering into the hotel or the pool area not to get too close to people especially inside the swimming pool or while ordering for food. It is my opinion that some of this just needs to be said as an instruction at the pool for instance while the actual seat or space where the person will have in the pool side would be ensured not to coincide with others. This would be legally and electronically determined on the User Module.
In my opinion this technology if properly developed can have legal applications in hotels, airports, tourism, schools, universities, hospitals, shopping malls, stadia, restaurants, offices and more. The user module can be deactivated immediately a person is outside that location because this cannot be a monitoring device to track people's movement but just within specific locations to ensure appropriate spacing for whatever legal reasons if that is ever required and or necessary.
This was written to help ensure that enterprises can function more and more irrespective of the prevailing conditions. Me who write this physically thought of some situations in recent years where this could be quite useful to the people living in the Continent of Europe. Then recently me who write this saw a video of some restaurants and hotels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates not having much customers. Therefore this is a specific technological solution and is different from any other prior recommendation. This has applications in different situations.
This is recommended to the European Council with headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on the Continent of Europe.
This is recommended to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with capital in Abu Dhabi, Middle East, West Asia.
This is recommended to Stanford University, California, The United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America.
Me who write this physically may make this recommendation to another nation or nations at some point.
