The FingerPalm Area Identification System is a unique second level identification system to further distinct people apart from just fingerprints.

Fingerprints are common place in providing secure identification. However, even fingerprints are not completely foolproof. This system is meant to make personal identification of people much more secure, accurate and reliable.

This became a concern some days ago when me who write this physically discovered the fingerprint access of my phone was not activated by me who write this physically but while me who write this physically dozed off on the veranda it was activated by hackers and rogue security agents. The concept is that it is very unlikely that the following three variables can be the same for any number of human beings in Nano Decimal representation.

1. The surface area to 9 decimal digits or places of each finger of a human being or an animal that has fingers.

2. The surface area to 9 decimal digits or places of an entire palm of a human being or an animal that has palms.

3. The ratio of points one and two to each other giving a set of 10 figures which can be represented in percentages. That is to say, the ratio of finger surface area to total palm surface area is a figure which can be written as a percentage to nine decimal places. This done for each finger and thumb would likely create a set of values that are completely unique to the individual in addition to fingerprinting, or as a second level authentication identification system where it is determined necessary, or where it is the standard procedure or where it is required because fingerprinting is deemed not secure enough. This information is recorded and unique to the individual.

However, a person's fingers and or palms surface areas may increase over time or even shrink for the elderly or those who may be emaciated from illness.

This creates the need for a fourth variable which is the ratio of the figures from point three to each other at different periods of the person's life. For instance, if a person does a FingerPalm identification at 12 years and then does that again at 18 years and then perhaps 25 years and then 30 years and then perhaps 35 years and then 40 years and then 50 years and so on and so forth the database records the the figures for the 10 fingers and palms at each instance. The technology is able to calculate the ratios of these 10 variables to each other over the period of a person's life and develop a graph or pattern or chart which shows the trend within some margin of error for the person which can also be done for other people. This is what forms the fourth data set which is unique to an individual. Therefore, even if some person wants to imitate another or try to impersonate another person, these would not be the same to 9 decimal digits or places for each finger over years and decades. In my opinion, this would even withstand people who use plastic surgery to try to size their hands or feet to be like those of other people.

There would be a technological device that can do this, which would be in standard table-top sizes and also mobile pocket versions that can open and close like a makeup kit. The application can also be used on a compatible mobile phone, tablet, desktop and or laptop computer. This device would also include the ability to read fingerprints because that is the first step of authentication for identification of the individual as relates to this recommendation.

This could become a standard two-step authentication and identification system for using electronics and all sorts of technology like phones, computers and others. 

This technological device is called a Rhapisometer.
