RECOMMENDATION

SOCIAL EMAIL BOARD

Friday, 13th March 2026

For some years me who write this have had my phone hacked. But this has become more traumatising recently.

At one point me who write this physically discovered that mails were not coming in and when me who write this physically posted mails, even to myself, they took a long time to send to myself. Me who write this physically made note of this, but not long after that, mails me who write this physically sent to me arrived faster, but not in all instances. In my opinion, the hackers and rogue security agents knew that it was easy for me to verify a mail sent by myself and sent to myself. However, what about emails sent to me from other people? This has been a challenge for some time now, and it is very concerning for me. Clearly me who write this physically may not be the only person experiencing this quandary in the Universe.

Me who write this physically have a recommended solution to solve this problem.

The recommendation is called Social Email Board.

This is like a central board on an Internet site where a customer of a particular email service can check and see all emails that have been sent to the customer from anywhere in the Universe, whether or not the messages are in the person's email inbox. This Social Email Board shows once an email is sent to an address. The Social Email Board also shows when the email customer sends a mail irrespective of whether it has reached the recipient's inbox or the recipients' inboxes.

This can be seen as a sort of email tracking service but really just allows the customer to compare the emails that have been sent to the customer and the emails that have actually been delivered per time.

This Social Email Board is basically the Email organisation having a display board where it posts all the emails sent and received to and from a customer, which can be seen only by the customer.

This allows a customer to contact a person who delivered mail but which was not received in the email inbox and request a resending of the email or quick explanation of the email content in the situation where urgent action is required.

It is my opinion and recommendation that the Social Email Board be integrated into the news feeds of social media platforms of willing social media platforms. In this manner, the Social Email Board broadcasts periodic messages of new messages sent to the customer who may not yet be aware of that. This, when clicked, takes the customer to the Social Email Board to assess all the messages that have been sent, even if some are yet to be delivered to the inbox. This message in the news feed of the customer is only in the news feed of the customer, meaning another social media user with the same platform and certainly a different social media account will not see the message because only the user of that account can have that message in the news feed. This message, however, does not display the details but just requires a prompting to the Social Email Board with just a click, which ensures an increased level of security and privacy for the customer.

The main difference why this Social Email Board is different from the regular email account is that it shows once a message is dispatched, while the email account only shows once the message has reached the inbox and is still there if it has not been deleted by hackers and or rogue security agents.

Another pertinent distinction is that the Social Email Board is not a replacement for email but just an information board and the information displayed can never be deleted because it is the Email company's evidence that the email was sent. This will look like an inbox but may have some colour coding, time, date and other information. It takes not much space. It also has an analytical tool that allows it to compare the messages in the customer's inbox with that on the Social Email Board and produce a short report of which emails have been sent but not yet delivered, the percentage of those with attachments and those without attachments, for instance. It also shows the sender's email address to enable the customer to reach out to the sender to legally request the information be resent.

The Social Email Board can also display whether a message has been delivered. This means that the customer is not waiting for a message that has been sent but not yet delivered to arrive in the inbox, but rather requires requesting the information again immediately. What was explained earlier is, if an email has not yet been seen, it could be requested again, but if it is clear that the email has been delivered but still not in the customers inbox, then it definitely needs to be resent. This is very important where a hacker deletes emails which have delivered successfully to the inbox of the customer. This action of hackers and rogue security agents is a very serious crime.

The Social Email Board can be legally installed on any compatible mobile or desktop communications device easily to enable smooth operations.

This is a very important service in these times when so much communication is electronic. There are so many people communicating with whom the receiver has no way of knowing which person or organisation is trying to get very important information to and or from them.
