RECOMMENDATION
ANOMALOUS DATA ENTRY (ADE)

Me who write this physically wrote the Anomalous Mobile Application recommendation, which was recommended on the 25th November 2024.
This recommendation was written in the year 2024 under very intense and aggressive spiritual and or psychological pressure and attacks by hackers and rogue security agents. There was also pressure to make the recommendation at a particular time. This was very intense.

This current recommendation is to develop a small physical device that can be used by members of the population to feed the Anomalous Mobile Application at the individual level and not the household level.
The Anomalous Data Entry or ADE is a small electronic device that allows members of the population to make reports of incidents.
Some of the features are as follows:
The surface is an actuator which, when pressed in the centre, transmits a message to the local or national emergency number. This could be a distress signal or a specific message.
The surface appears like a clock and also a phone display. Letters are assigned to some hours of the day. This enables typing a message. There can also be a selection of certain information for specific types of incidents, then the actuator is pressed, and a message sent to the emergency services and or legal law enforcement on legal duty.
There is a small display in the centre of the device which enables viewing the text information. This device requires two phone numbers: the anomalous phone number and the regular phone number. Any response from emergency services is sent to both phone numbers.
The ADE uses a special Anomalous SIM Card which is toll-free and does not expire but can only be used for emergency services.
Another function is that the actuator can be pressed at short notice, requiring urgent action. If a person has the Anomalous Data Entry in a purse or on a thumb, it can be retrieved from the purse or thumb if at the beach for instance and pressed for urgent communication. When the operations centre sees a signal from an ADE which has no message, it most likely is a distress signal but has a phone number, a registered address, a working email, and if the consumer permits a GPS location in case of immediate danger like kidnapping, armed robbery, terrorist attack, for instance. Each ADE will be protected by a fingerprint, which means one person's ADE cannot be activated by another person unless the consumer makes that setting, perhaps for a family ADE which any member of the family can press. It should be feasible to register several fingerprints on a single ADE as well to enable multiple users, such as secured family, project officials, friends on a camping trip for instance. This must be with the consent of the owner of the specific ADE otherwise trying to access another person's ADE would not be legal.
The Anomalous Data Entry enables members of the population to send any information they observe that appears strange as many times as they have some information to send. This device makes this easy to do. Members of the population can also do that through the Anomalous Mobile Application on their phones and directly on the Internet. However, this device can also be used to achieve this.
A piece of information, for example, is the sounding of a bell as though that location is some sort of camp. If scores or hundreds or even thousands of people send information about hearing the sounding of bells regularly each day, then it will be feasible for legal law enforcement to build a legal pattern of all locations where bells are being sounded and determine what is the reason for that and if there are any similarities or if there is any coordination and or connection. This may reveal something very important about the coercion of some members of the population, which is made to appear as ordinary, like nothing is wrong that is happening even though something very serious may be wrong and be happening.
Another instance is a neighbour hanging clothes onto another compound several times. This ordinarily would be arduous to report because it may appear too simple, but if it occurs regularly there must be a reason, especially if those doing that have been told not to do that. This could have occurred some time ago. If there are many locations with this same situation, there may be reasons and those doing that may have a reason for that which may not appear clear naturally. It may be feasible to piece up a pattern which may legally make known what type of people are doing that and if they have anything in common, especially something that could be harmful to other members of the population.
In essence, this enables reporting of strange observations that have no real criminal value on their own but which may be very serious when viewed collectively. This can also be used to report more serious crimes as well.

The ADE has to be designed to be as simple to use as possible to enable a child or an illiterate easily use the device. It also needs to be very cheap that can be easily purchased by the entire population even the poor who may also be able to receive some freely from the legal government. This in my opinion should cost perhaps 15 Euros. This is just a recommended price.

Tourists and travellers can buy an ADE on a plane or in an airport, activate it and be sure of emergency help during their stay in that nation.
A UniversalADE can be developed which is more expensive that can be used in different nations so a frequent traveller does not have to buy a new ADE in every nation. This would work like roaming a phone but through satellite and terrestrial telecommunications networks.
It is my opinion that ADE should cost nothing other than the purchase price since it is an emergency social service however some locations may require a monthly or an annual fee especially for tourists who may not pay taxes to that nation to enable provision of such social amenities and services.
The ADE can have a pin or a clip at the back so that it can be fastened to clothing like a badge or a brooch either overtly a the front or in top of clothing or covertly which is inside clothing.
