RECOMMENDATION

CABLE NEWS NETWORK

It is my recommendation that the legal management of Cable News Network should strongly consider seeking out a wealthy person and or persons, perhaps legal billionaires, who may be willing to purchase CNN in a form of legal private equity arrangement.

This arrangement could be in place for some years while the investor and or investors recover some of their investment and then, through a private placement or by seeking investment on the floor of the stock exchange, it may be feasible to raise enough funding to end the private equity arrangement and keep the organisation functional, healthy and prosperous. The core investor or investors may choose to invest as well through this means or not but essentially, the legal management would be very much in control of the organisation, perhaps with the eventual legal directors.

This is just an option that me who write this physically feel is feasible and would help legally protect the integrity and core values of the organisation. The legal management understand this more than most other people.
