The legal government of Venezuela is recommended to immediately inform the United Nations Security Council and General Assembly of all the details of the recent military action of forces of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America in Venezuela.

The legal government in Venezuela is recommended to also seek a legal and accurate determination of the legality and constitutionality of the actions of the military of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America in Venezuela in recent days. This can be done in the highest legal court in Venezuela, Tribunal Supremo de Justicia; The Supreme Court of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America and the International Court of Justice in the Hague, Netherlands on the Continent of Europe. 

The legal government of Venezuela is recommended to make known during these proceedings and or directly via world press conference any involvement in the current recent military action in Venezuela that is rooted outside of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America. 

This will help create transparency for the entire situation and help protect the integrity of Venezuela. The legal government of Venezuela needs to understand that its greatest single asset at this time is complete transparency especially to the international community and people of the Universe. Points should be presented with relevant supporting data made in easy to understand infographs and charts as much as feasible. Communications personnel can legally prepare that. Communications are recommended to be sincere and clear and in a timely manner as they arise. 

The legal government in Venezuela needs to understand that the vast majority of people in or outside government in the universe inclusive of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America support legality and constitutionality.
