RECOMMENDATION VENEZUELA LEGAL ADJUDICATION
RECOMMENDATION
VENEZUELA
LEGAL ADJUDICATION
It
is hereby recommended to the United States of America with capital in
Washington D.C., North America to liaise with the legal government in
Venezuela to agree on a location for a legal and humane trial of the
captured President of Venezuela who by the Laws of Venezuela and the
Tribunal Supremo de Justicia of Venezuela, remains the President of
Venezuela.
The reason for this is that putting a legally elected
and serving president on compulsory trial may have legal implications
which should be avoided. While the legal government in Venezuela may
want an immediate release and repatriation of the elected and current
president of that nation the United States of America with capital in
Washington D.C., North America would want legal and humane adjudication
in a court of competent jurisdiction established and constituted by Law
in such a manner as to secure its independence and impartiality in a
timely manner. To resolve this situation it is recommended that a
neutral location be chosen, such as the International Court of Justice
in the Hague, the Netherlands on the Continent of Europe. In this manner
the Venezuelan government will feel they have a chance at fair-hearing
while the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C.,
North America will be assured of a dextrous legal process which is
timely and humane. Since the elected president of Venezuela is still the
current president of Venezuela according to the Laws of Venezuela, it
is recommended that the option of living freely within the Hague be
considered and not incarceration.
The United States of America
with capital in Washington D.C. North America may make a special request
to have some of the legal justices of the Supreme Court of the United
States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America
participate in the proceedings as legal judges as well as some legal
justices from the Tribunal Supremo de Justicia of Venezuela. This is to
make the legal adjudication process as transparent and fair as feasible.
This is a recommendation.
