LEGAL SECURITY AND ECONOMY

It is recommended that Venezuela develop a legal database of all security agents operating in the nation from other nations as well as their exact and entire purpose and intent in Venezuela.

In addition, it is recommended that Venezuela strongly consider whether there is any real benefit if foreign security agents are involved in covert operations. It is also recommended that the legal government in Venezuela not support or encourage illegal operations in Venezuela by any nation as much as feasible. 

It is recommended that the legal government of Venezuela require that the foreign security agents do not contravene the Laws of Venezuela and the legal government in Venezuela should have a legal and humane capability to resolve any such issues that arise in a timely manner.

Economically, it is recommended that the legal government of Venezuela develop a legal investment programme that will help provide economic resources to help strengthen and develop Venezuela's economy. This will help create jobs and increase the earnings of the people. The legal government of Venezuela may consider doing this with willing nations that can offer such support, such as the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America, which has already expressed its willingness in this regard.

Whatever legal cooperation the legal government of Venezuela seeks it should be just and help legally prosper the people of Venezuela. 

This is just a recommendation.
