This product can be legally manufactured for mass consumption within and outside Nigeria by Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals, Lagos, Nigeria.

This would be a legal and strictly economic and trade partnership between the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America and The Federal Republic of Nigeria with capital in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory. 

The purpose of this product is to enable all classes of people to have legal access to cost-effective cooking fuel, especially the poor.

The Nitrecoln is named to honour the following:

1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria with capital in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.

2. President Donald J. Trump, the 45th and 47th President of the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America.

3. President Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States of America, with capital in Washington D.C., North America.

4. The European Council with Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on the Continent of Europe.

5. Japan with capital in Tokyo on the Continent of Asia.

However, this economic and trade partnership product recommendation is for the Federal Republic of Nigeria with capital in Abuja in Federal Capital Territory and the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America.

It is important to make it clear that my intention is that this product will be legally and quickly available to Nigerian people in need as well as other clients outside Nigeria. 

Finding a strategy to keep this product affordable to the poor is essential and the cornerstone and original intent of developing this product. Cooking food needs to no longer be a challenge for Nigerians and other people across the Universe who need affordable cooking fuel.
