In order to legally and accurately further understand the situation of dead and injured from the protests more clearly, it is recommended that the Islamic Republic of Iran also make its legal study based on categorisations according to the time the deaths and injuries occurred. This is very important because it helps to make it clear whether a pattern or patterns exist of deaths and or injuries with relation to the time the deaths occurred. This will further make it clear the depth of the intention of those genuinely responsible at the root.

This is just a recommendation.
