In order to protect relevance, one of the necessary aspects is to legally and accurately determine areas of core competitive advantage that are not only unparalleled now but in the future because there are unique advantages specific to the particular people.

These include areas that others may not be willing to invest in, for the long term in.

Three recommendations are offered with reference to this.

LEVERAGING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO DRIVE LEGAL AND HUMANE PROCESSES, PROCEDURES AND OBJECTIVES

There is the need to build an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that shows how to access the proper and legitimate way by which to achieve different legal objectives.

For instance, the following are some legal objectives.

Starting a company

Getting a visa

Winning a scholarship for tertiary education

Developing financial statements

Writing a business plan

Renting an apartment

Purchasing a piece of land

Travelling abroad

Operating a non-governmental organisation

Buying a house 

Exporting products

Importing products

The purpose of this platform is to provide legal procedures for people wanting to get involved in almost anything legal and legitimate. 

These procedures would be benchmarked to a universal standard and best practices for achieving these objectives and would be the minimum benchmark for actualising such endeavours in North America, Europe, Japan, Argentina and Australia.

The purpose of this platform is to ensure that, in the mentioned areas, legality and propriety are paramount in getting things done and pursuing the general objectives of life. This is because this will provide a unique positioning of quality and standard in a world where there is, unfortunately, an increasing indulgence in ends and not so much focus on the means.

What this will do for these locations is that it will create a standard for people all over the universe who want to achieve life objectives to be sure that doing that in those locations is secure, safe, reliable and effective. This would not make goods and services more expensive, it only ensures that, when trying to actualise personal and or corporate legal objectives, this can be easily and properly accomplished in those locations. This is a reassurance that protects and strengthens relevance and, because it is not coming at necessarily higher prices than current or average prices already in those locations, it is about providing goods and services with fulfillment of purpose in a wholesome manner that pleases people and makes them satisfied with their achievement not having to look back behind their shoulders or fear being caught for cutting corners or doing some illegal activity.

Why is this attractive? Because the world is evolving, nations are getting wealthier and more influential and entire regions of the world are rising and developing. Maintaining relevance requires a strategy that will endure from generation to generation. This needs to be done without getting cornered by the strategy of pressing down the leopard or tiger's tail, because one day it will be necessary to remove the foot from the tiger's and or leopard's tail, and this may be willingly if done preemptively or could be haphazardly if left too late. This could be costly if done wrongfully. However, if a strategy is utilised that keeps relevance based on competence, quality, freedom of choice, integrity and honesty, what this means is that, no matter how prosperous or successful other locations become, these locations will always be relevant in universal affairs and matters not by imposition but by offering a distinct proposition that can be trusted, relied upon and that satisfies the needs and yearnings of those who desire and  demand such.

This strategy is broadly simple to understand. Offer legal, high quality support (irrespective of the quality level of the product and or service), be sincere and truthful and deliver what is requested for if feasible and refer as much as possible where this cannot be achieved. This is all about building confidence and trust in interacting with these locations. This means that when people have something to do with and or in these locations, they can have the confidence that they will not be cheated and if somehow they are cheated, they can be certain that there will be legal and fair redress to help get them effectively, properly and completely compensated. This is about building credibility based on trust. It is necessary to dedicate some words to this because this is the essence of this.

The Artificial Intelligence platform provides a cyberspace universe where this can be achieved easily by any person anywhere within and or outside those locations.

For those locations, this is a commitment to doing things properly and encouraging and advancing a legal and proper way of doing things.

This should not be compulsory but should be demand-driven. When a person gets to the platform and learns how to get an approval properly but decides to do it improperly and or illegally and gets stuck, this on its own makes the person place emphasis on doing it right because that removes pain and disappointment and guarantees the desired outcome as much as is feasible.

This will be an organic cyber universe where people who have trusted experience, especially those with professional qualifications and or practical knowledge, can write up legal procedures for actualising those objectives based on their experience. For instance, a lawyer may make a write-up about the legal procedures to establish a company in a state in the United States of America with capital in Washington D.C., North America or a perfecture in Japan.

A medical doctor may make a write-up about procedures for setting up a private clinic and where and how to get approvals. What makes this very unique is that it will warehouse the largest quantum of information on legal procedures and processes about achieving legal and humane objectives in these geographical locations anywhere in the universe.

This will get to the point where when people want to do anything legal and proper in these geographical locations, they will check the platform to check for the proper procedures by which this can be achieved.

Certainly, for people outside these regions who have legal dealings with any of these geographical locations, this platform will help understand the easiest, quickest and legal ways and means to achieve that. 

Companies can receive some certification if they meet the procedural processes in those geographical locations as well. Since legal procedures are not the same in the different geographical locations, the certification can be broad in overall name and specific to the geographical location.

To make this work, it will need a very sophisticated software or algorithm which enables the simultaneous assessment of correctness, accuracy, propriety and legality of legal procedures and processes posted on the platform. This means that a legal procedure and or process would not be accepted to be posted until legality is confirmed by the software. This, in rare situations, may require human attention if a legal process and or procedure is too nuanced for automatic assessment. But this should be minimal and each human processing should be used to tweak the software so that similar situations don't have the same challenge after that time.

This is not a large bureaucratic platform but is actually a commercial enterprise but may be owned by legal companies, legal government's and some individuals.

The commercial enterprise makes money by charging a fee for people to make a write-up about a legal procedure and or process which is posted on the platform. Some people may expect that if people make a post about a legal process and or procedure they should at least not have to pay or even be paid. That makes sense, but in this enterprise recommendation, those making the posts do not get paid for writing legal procedures and or processes, but they are allowed to include in their legal procedure and or processes post their company name and contact, which is a form of advertising. If a post receives one million views over a period of time, how much would that cost the company to obtain through paid advertising compared to the fee for making a post on a legal procedure and or process? Therefore, this is a fee-based platform for those making legal procedures and or processes. This could be a one-time fee or an annual fee, because it is probable that as the platform attracts more users, the post may receive more views and thus this continuous benefit should have a basic annual fee. This will also encourage companies, experts, professionals and or others to update their legal procedures and or processes periodically to remain relevant and fresh. This also provides a continuous revenue generation stream for the platform.

Those who make the posts pay a fee to do that and get more visibility for their companies and or proficiencies. This is the simple description of the operations of this platform.

This means that those who want peace of mind and confidence in how to fulfil personal, life and or corporate objectives in any of the geographical locations have a platform that can be legally and or accurately accessed anywhere in the Universe to ensure that they can achieve that seamlessly and pleasantly without being cheated and or undermined. Regulators and legal government agencies can also upload posts on legal procedures and or processes, especially as regards their specific areas of establishment.

As patronage increases, this will be a universe of the proper way to get things done legally and position these locations for increased prosperity and relevance that is not hindered by the level of progress, prosperity and or development of others.

These geographical locations may not be the only influential and prosperous parts of the world which is perfectly alright and what it should be. However, their ability to specialise and differentiate through legality, transparency and honesty has enabled their companies to endure for decades, over a century and more. This is the way forward to further progress and prosperity, because in an increasingly prospering and developing world, what people need is the best quality and a fair price and the guarantee that they will not be cheated and enjoy whatever legal endeavour they decide to pursue.
